Schatzman Residence

Located on a private cul-de-sac in Miami’s suburbs, the Schatzman Residence is a low-slung family home that underscores the outdoor lifestyle afforded by South Florida. Long, clean lines emphasize the design’s modern aesthetic. A continuous transom window within the soaring great room allows a panoramic view of the surrounding treetops. The home offers privacy to the street while exploding with transparency towards the lushly landscaped rear yard. A pool and cabana are incorporated into the architecture of the home itself.
